Bk399 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Use

Bk399 (bk399.vu) is an international online gaming and betting platform. By accessing any bk399 service through this website or mobile application, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy.

This document constitutes a legally binding agreement between bk399 and all registered members of the platform. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

These Terms & Conditions were originally prepared in English and translated into Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the English version shall prevail.

Each individual may register only one account at bk399. If multiple accounts are detected, all of them will be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

All information provided at registration must be complete, truthful, and accurate. bk399 may request supporting documents for identity verification at any time — including a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document. Failure to submit the required documents may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

• Provide accurate and up-to-date personal information
• Use a strong password
• Take responsibility for your own account security
• Do not share your account with or allow others to use it
• Do not register using a fake name or false information

Bk399 services are strictly for adults aged 18 and over. If a minor has registered by any means, the account will be closed immediately and legal advice will be sought regarding the return of any deposited funds.

To use bk399 services, you must also ensure that online gaming is not prohibited by law in your country or region. Compliance with your local laws is entirely your own responsibility.

Depositing at bk399 is simple and secure. You can fund your account via mobile banking, e-wallets, bank transfer, and more. Every transaction is protected by SSL encryption.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method. Up-to-date limit information is available in the Cashier section.

• Only use payment methods registered in your own name
• Deposits made from another person's account may require additional verification
• Keep records of all your transactions
• Playing with funds borrowed on a credit card is strongly discouraged

Requesting a withdrawal at bk399 is straightforward. However, certain conditions must be met — including completed identity verification and fulfilment of any active bonus wagering requirements.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. Mobile banking and e-wallet withdrawals are generally completed within 24 hours; bank transfers may take 2–5 business days.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method
• Unusually large withdrawals may be subject to additional verification
• It is recommended to use the same payment method for both deposits and withdrawals
• Withdrawal requests may not be accepted before bonus wagering requirements are met

All bk399 bonus and promotion offers are subject to specific wagering (rollover) requirements. Please read the applicable terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Winnings earned from a bonus become withdrawable only after the required number of bets have been placed. Requesting a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements may result in the bonus being forfeited.

Bk399 reserves the right to cancel any bonus and investigate the associated account if suspected bonus abuse is detected.

Bk399 is committed to maintaining the transparency and fairness of its platform. Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.

• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits
• Cheating, fraud, or any other deceptive activity
• Using your account for money laundering purposes
• Intentionally exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical glitches
• Stealing another member's information or gaining unauthorized access to their account
• Spreading false or misleading information about the platform

An account may be closed by either the member or bk399. If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our customer support team.

Bk399 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons: violation of Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or legal requirements.

Bk399 strives to deliver the best possible service at all times. However, bk399's liability is limited for any losses arising from technical issues, server downtime, or disruptions to third-party services.

If you have a dispute or complaint, please contact customer support in the first instance. Our team will respond within 48 hours. If the matter cannot be resolved through customer support, it will be referred to the company's designated dispute resolution body.

Bk399 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Registered members will be notified of significant changes via email or through an on-platform notice.

Updated terms take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the most recent update will always be shown on this page.
